Day 11 – possibly our hardest day yet!
Inspired by an event we used in the SPC Games, this one will be tough.
Give it your best shot and really try to push yourself. Although a burpee isn’t specific fitness, it is a good test of your ability to stand up from a ground position and if you re-test yourself in a month’s time, it will be a good indicator of any fitness improvements you have made.
