24 Days of Christmas – Day 6

After yesterdays’s easier day focusing on a mobility circuit, today we are back with a more intense workout.

For this, we recommend using dumbbells or kettlebells. If you don’t have access to this equipment, use two objects that provide some resistance (think water bottles or large books).
