We have to be realistic during these current times to understand that this state of being will be more longer term that short.
Therefore, it is extremely important that we develop habits that will make us more productive and help foster positive thoughts. Positive thoughts means you are more likely to have a positive outlook on life and then make positive actions with your daily tasks. Do no underestimate the power of being positive during times like these.
The video shown above gives you an insight into what Tom Austin (Head of SPC Men) believes will help you structure your day. The video below shoes you exactly what Tom is doing with his current daily schedule.
The SPC community is growing even during the Coronavirus pandemic. Join any of our group training classes online, which run six times per week. Think you need your own programme? Check out our personal training services online too!
SPC is still open!
Our indoor SPC facility is currently closed due to the Tier 4 restrictions implemented in Sussex.
However, SPC are committed to the continued health and wellbeing of our members and are currently offering personal training services using our outdoor facility only in line with recommended government guidelines regarding Covid-19.
All group training sessions will be held online on January 4th 2021 until we are able to resume back at the SPC facility.
