In this blog post we hear from SPC Men’s member Chris who joined SPC 6 months ago to learn about his experiences so far and how they may relate to others in a similar situation.
After the pandemic and working from home for literally years I had developed some bad habits and was not feeling great both physically and mentally.
Although I was still exercising I wasn’t making progress and really wasn’t enjoying it or getting much from it. I needed a reset but wasn’t sure how to achieve it.
I had been a member of a gym for many years, had done lots of cardio classes, run a marathon but never seen the sort of amazing results like I have seen with SPC. What I have achieved since the start of the year has been incredible. I have lost weight but also my strength and condition has massively improved. I am now able to train in a completely new way and feel confident using many different weights, machines, and techniques.
I feel the strongest,fittest, and in the best shape of my life after just 6 months. The best thing about this is I have honestly enjoyed every minute of it. This is the first time in my life when I have genuinely enjoyed the exercise.
Less time, more results.
All of the instructors are great! Explaining, motivating, and making every session fun. The sessions are unique, easy to understand, and offer you opportunities to challenge yourself personally.
What I really love about SPC is the way it makes me feel, it’s different every time and I always feel energised and refreshed after going to a session. I always feel encouraged and supported to push myself but enjoy it at the same time. I just wish I had found it sooner!
