The definition of special describes SPC perfectly because it really is distinct, different and superior in comparison to others. It really has created a training community that positively changes people’s lives.
Although I have been training with Nathan for seven years, from the moment I followed him to SPC three years ago, I embraced the ethos that the team had created.
It is a really warm, friendly, welcoming environment; a gym like no other, because every client is special and every client is nurtured and looked after by the instructors, as well as of course, by the most adorable Dennis the gym dog.
Every new member very quickly becomes part of the SPC community.
I receive constant support and motivation to learn new training techniques which keeps my mind and my body as fit, young and healthy as women 20 years my junior.
This is so important for me as it gives me the drive, energy and fitness I need to run my cancer support charity and as a cancer survivor helps me prevent a recurrence.
Personally, the most important thing about SPC is that with their skills and with their help and support I am continually able to achieve goals which, without them, I am confident would be unachievable for me! If they believe I can – I believe I can. Every time I achieve a new goal it’s like winning the lottery.
SPC is not just a gym; it’s a way of life…
