Following on from our hugely successful Bodyweight Beast programme for women, here is the next step in taking your fitness to the next level, all from the comfort of your own home.
This 4 week workout programme is designed for women who are wanting to see positive changes to their physique, without having access to loads of equipment.
The programme is accompanied by a video tutorial of how to perform the exercises safely and effectively for maximum results. We recommend that you complete the original Bodyweight Beast programme for women before moving on to the next level with this workout.
All you need is access to either dumbbells, shopping bags filled with tins or any household item you can hold. A resistance band can be used for certain exercises also, although it isn’t necessary. The majority of the workout is performed using just your bodyweight.
