All these exercises are designed specifically to focus on the core musculature. You complete all the exercises without rest before taking 90s to stop those stomach muscles screaming at you. We perform exercises like this in our personal training sessions with one of the SPC coaches.
For all our clients at SPC we focus the majority of our core training on the basic fundamental movements (squats, deadlifts, pull up variations, overhead press & farmer carries) but we like to occasionally add in some variety like these exercises above.
