After an accident and an injury to my back I needed to find a way of getting fit and working in a way that would not impact the injury negatively.
I have never been a person that likes the gym but the personal training given by Nathan and the team have given me the enthusiasm and resolve to do this.
A program for me with my injury in mind together with connections and involvement with a local osteopath has totally changed my approach to fitness.
Nathan has encouraged me to be the best I can and helped me with my recent challenge to climb Snowdon in Wales, something I could not of thought of being able to do.
This is down to the can do attitude of the team, realistic goals in achievable bites have given me back my strength both physically and mentally as we achieve bigger and larger goals as a team.
I’m not the sort of person who can motivate to do this alone but with you guys I’m never alone. Fast forward and now I am of better fitness of the body and mind. Thank you guys.
