Who’s the coach?
Harry Short (SPC Performance Coach) brings his knowledge of strength & conditioning expertise to deliver the Youth Athlete Development Programme. Harry is a BSc Sport Scientist and Sussex University Men’s & Women’s Assistant Rugby Coach. Harry has a wealth of experience with youth athlete development and has insights into sports across multiple disciplines.
Who are we looking for?
Boys and girls aged 10-15 years old. Ideally, they will be competing in a sport.
Spaces for the 6 week programme are limited to 10 children in each group.
What are the days, times and dates of the programme?
Boys/Girls aged 10-12: Tuesday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm.
Tuesday 24th July – Tuesday 28th August (6 total sessions).
Boys/Girls aged 13-15: Thursday’s 4.30pm – 5.30pm.
Thursday 26th July – Thursday 30th August (6 total sessions).
How much does the programme cost?
The cost of the 6 week programme is £80.
